Join Voices of MammoSite^®

If you have received MammoSite therapy and would like to join our growing network of Voices of Mammosite volunteers, we welcome you with open hearts.  Our Voices of MammoSite program offers a broad range of opportunities for you to participate, to speak out, and to lend your voice and your support to the thousands of women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year.

There are many ways to be involved.

Each woman who chooses to join this program will be able to raise her own
voice in the ways most comfortable to her. It could be by:

• Sharing your experiences through written stories or video clips appearing
  on voicesofmammosite.com.
  

• Being available to help recently diagnosed women, one-to-one, by connecting with them over the phone or via email.

• Talking about your experiences with support groups and at other small gatherings.

• Communicating with other women online through blogs, discussion boards, listservs, or chatrooms.

• Joining other Voices of MammoSite to participate in local breast cancer events such as Komen Races for the Cure^®.

Whatever your preferences, we believe that your story is important, and will represent a clear voice of hope to women diagnosed with breast cancer.

How it all works, confidentially and securely.

The Voices of MammoSite program is offered by Hologic, the maker of MammoSite Radiation Therapy System. Any woman who has fought her breast cancer with MammoSite therapy is eligible to become one of the Voices of MammoSite. We have only three requirements:

• Regular use of email and access to the Internet.

• Your story, which we are happy to help you write, if needed, along with a good picture of yourself, which you’ll provide us with.

• Willing to be contacted by the Voices of MammoSite Program Coordinator on matters related to Voices of MammoSite.

Please know that the Voices of MammoSite will publish only your first name,
city/state, occupation, and years and months since your MammoSite therapy on the website. You will have the option to include your age if you wish, but your other personal information will never be published or provided to anyone without your permission.

Women who join the Voices of MammoSite will receive a comprehensive Welcome Kit with all the information needed to participate in selected aspects of the program.

You can apply today, online.

Register by completing our online form, submitting your story and uploading a photo. Then, please review the MammoSite Pledge and the Communications Agreement, and click on the submit button to complete the entire application. We'll contact you by phone or email to verify your information and eligibility, and answer any questions you may have. It's that easy.
